Curriculum

The curriculum of Eugenia B. Thomas Community School and that of Miami-Dade County Public Schools can be divided into three major groups.

• Competency Based Curriculum (CBC)
   
• Comprehensive Reading Plan (CRP)
   
• Comprehensive Mathematics and Science Program (CMS)

All curriculum is aligned with the Florida Sunshine State Standards (SSS) as put forth by the Florida Department of Education.
